What you can do
- Paste text or open local UTF-8 text files.
- Switch between side-by-side and unified views.
- Ignore letter case, extra spacing or blank lines when useful.
- Copy revised text or export a complete plain-text comparison report.
Before you start
- Up to 100,000 characters and 2,000 lines per version; each file must be under 400 KB.
- Plain text only. Copy text from PDF, Word or spreadsheet documents before comparing.
- Moved text can appear as a deletion and an addition. Reports are not patch files.
Your files & account
Your text and comparison results stay in this browser tab. Export before closing or refreshing. Signing in identifies your account; the comparison workspace does not upload or save your text.
Usevra apps have separate accounts and sign-in sessions. Base44 provides hosting and account services.
